A BIT ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Yosimar Organes, I was born and raised in Mexico, to be more exact, Acapulco, a beautiful port, I arrived in the United States at the age of 18. I started working in restaurants. I liked it a lot. Little by little, my curiosity to know about cooking grew, so In 2011 I was given the opportunity to learn. I worked at p.f Chang’s from 2011 to 2021. It was in that place where I learned a lot until I reached the position of sous chef for 5 years. Cooking has become something very beautiful for me. I am very passionate about it. I want to continue growing in the art of cooking well this is a little of my life thank you.
