RSP Custody Law

Dear Parent/Guardian, By law, if parents are legally separated or divorced, each parent has equal rights to the custody of the child/ren, UNLESS a parent has a court order that indicated which parent has custody/rights of the child/children.

The center MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE COURT ORDER on file; otherwise either parent may check the child out of the center with proper identification.
